Purpose

Measurement and logging (including waveform capturing) of main electrical parameters in single-/ and three-phase networks, including RMS voltage and current for both sinusoidal and distorted waveforms, as well as active, reactive, and apparent power
Accuracy testing, calibration and verification of single- and 3-phase active and reactive energy meters on site, monitoring of their accuracy characteristics and checking the correctness of their wiring without breaking into the circuits 

Testing of current and voltage instrument transformers (in the comparator mode)

Measuring load power in secondary circuits of instrument transformers and electricity theft detection  

Measuring amplitude and peak AC voltage (at a frequency of up to 500 Hz) in one or three channels, or in a differential channel; accuracy testing and calibration of peak voltmeters
Measurement and logging of power quality parameters (PQP)
