A reference digital signal source for the calibration of measurement instruments in digital substations
An optional version is available with input synchronization via the Precision Time Protocol (PTPv2).
The calibrator MarsGen-61850 generates sampled value (SV) streams in accordance with IEC 61850-9-2 for direct calibration and testing of digital-input measurement instruments. The device provides accurate synchronization to the UTC time base and complies with stringent specifications for packet timing, stream continuity and time synchronization accuracy.
