Automated source of test current
MARS-AIT is an automated current source with nominal values of output current from 0.5 to 5000 (3000) A.
It comes in two modifications with respect to the nominal current: 3 kA and 5 kA.

A high degree of automation provided by E-TransformerTest-CT software makes CT verification/calibration procedures much easier (connection to a PC is provided via Ethernet) |
Built-in current sensors (INOM = 100 A and INOM = 3000 A) allow MARS-AIT to be controlled independently or as part of a CT test system |

Supports the mode of generating small current (from 0.5 to 10 A) with automatic connection of ballast resistors |
Enables the reactive power compensation circuit when the generated current is near the maximum |
