DESCRIPTION:

Introduced for calibration, accuracy testing and adjustment of reference-class and service-class instruments for electrical measurements; reference meter.

Energomonitor 3.1KM measures power quality parameters as stated in IEC 61000-4-30 including harmonic (up to 50th) and interharmonic measurements.

Energomonitor 3.1KM supports calibration, adjustment and accuracy tests of the following service-class and reference instruments:

  • Single / three-phase active and reactive energy meters
  • Single / three-phase wattmeters, varmeters and instrument transducers of active and reactive power
  • Phase angle and frequency meters
  • Voltmeters, ammeters, instrument transducers of AC current and voltage within commercial range of frequencies, instrument transducers of DC current and voltage
  • PQP meters and analyzers
  • Current and voltage instrument transformers

Energomonitor 3.1KM can be used independently, together with a PC that provides extended functionality, or as part of test systems. Typical customers are: national centers of standardization, metrology and certification, industrial metrological labs etc.

Desktop design

Available as part of MTS ME 3.1KM test system, it is used to test reference-class and service class measuring instruments (up to 800V, 100A).

Portable design

Portable Energomonitor 3.1KM complete with three-phase Phantom Power Source Energoforma 3.3 can be applied for on-site testing of active, reactive single / and three-phase power and energy meters, voltage transformers, current transformers (with use of accessory equipment) etc.

EM 3.1KM supports testing of:

  • Single / and three-phase reference instruments for active, reactive and apparent power / energy measurements
  • Instruments for DC and AC (voltage, current, phase angle and frequency) measurements
  • PQP analyzers
  • Electric energy meters

Other functions: 

  • Measurement data are displayed on the built-in display or external PC
  • Data management and analysis with EmCounter PC softwar

Active power measurement error (relative) is 0.015%, 0.05%, or 0.1% (at customer’s option).
